Speaker and Topic: Hal Elrod will share his story of survival as well as his journey to becoming a best-selling author and keynote speaker.
Our guest speaker, Hal Elrod, is considered by many to have already overcome and accomplished more than most people do in a lifetime. An entertainer since hosting his first radio show at age 15 (as “Yo Pal Hal”), and a record-breaking sales rep at 19, Hal’s real triumph would come in the face of tragedy before his 21st birthday, when he was struck head on by a drunk driver and found dead at the scene . . .
Six minutes later fate decided it wasn’t his time. Six days later he woke from a coma to the devastating news that he had suffered 13 broken bones and permanent brain damage, and he might never walk again. Defying the logic of doctors and the temptations to be a victim, Hal found strength through the powers of Faith, Love, Gratitude, and Responsibility, and he bounced back.
Hal went on to become a National Champion Sales Manager, one of the youngest members ever to be inducted into his company’s Hall of Fame, Life & Business Coach, co-founder of Global Empowerment Coaching, and the best-selling author of his autobiography, Taking Life Head On! (The Hal Elrod Story), all by age 26. He now inspires tens of thousands of people each year as a keynote speaker, empowering audience members to Love the Life They Have While Creating the Life of Their Dreams!
Hal will share his story of survival as well as his journey to becoming a best-selling author and keynote speaker. He is excited about speaking to a group of fellow authors and looks forward to your questions.
