NCPA meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Guests are always welcome, and attendance is free. The room holds 76 people – we have plenty of room for you!

Merrill Gardens, located in Citrus Heights in the northern Sacramento area, is close to Interstate 80.
- From I-80, take the Greenback Lane exit and continue on Greenback to Sylvan/San Juan Avenue. (The street is named Sylvan north of Greenback, San Juan Avenue south of Greenback.)
- At Sylvan, go north one block to the stoplight.
- Turn left (west) on Stock Ranch Road.
- Merrill Gardens is immediately on the left.
There is plenty of parking on-street in front of Merrill Gardens, and there is handicapped parking in the lot in front of the facility.
