My favorite tool for getting early reviews of my books will no longer be free after January 9. Goodreads is revamping its giveaway program with 2 packages, the cheapest of which will be $119. On the plus side, they are adding the ability to giveaway Kindle ebooks instead of paper copies only. They are also providing certain new features that will put your listed book in reader's "want to read" lists.
